Buenos sabores

Pros: Muchas opciones vegan, Platos innovadores, Precio

Cons: Calidad de algunos platos

Platos distintos y ricos

Interesting but slow

The menu is remarkable but there were a few details that made my lunch a little uncomfortable. They open at 12:30 but start attending people only at 13:00. That’s what the waiter explained to me. So I waited half an hour. They were kind enough to bring me fresh water though. I asked for a starter and a main dish at 13:00. The starter, ceviche de plátano, was ready in about 30 minutes, but it came with a lot of dirt between de lettuce leaves. It was delicious anyway. They did bring me complementary sourdough bread and pebre. My main dish, Mac n Cheese, arrived at 14:20 (80 minutes after I asked for it!). They apologized a few times but didn’t offer any solution or compensation. I think they had some issues due to some waiters absence. Between the starter and the main dish, someone brought me the check, which I didn’t ask for. Dishes were tasty and creative. I hope to go back and find out how is it when there’s no “situations” going on.

Pros: Delicious flavors, Creative menu

Cons: Not everything is vegan, A little pricey, Very slow service

A "conscious" switch into a more veg-friendly restaurant

I have been here before and they only had one starter and one dish that could be made vegan on request. Recently they added the word "conscious" to their name and completely changed the menu.
The menu now works that way: for every dish, you are asked whether you would prefer it with a vegan protein, such as tempeh, seitan, tofu, falafel, or quinoa burger .. or a cruelty option instead.
Out of 2 desserts on the menu, one is 100% vegan.
Everything I have tasted was well seasoned, rich in flavor, with delicious sauces and perfectly cooked vegetables. Cheap, especially considering the area in which is located. Also, note that in the restaurant water is a courtesy of the house. Nice staff, high service. Recommended.

Pros: on a more vegan friendly path, very tasty, free water
