Surprising vegan gorgonzola - Edit
De Pizzabakkers in Wageningen offers an average dining experience. The atmosphere and service is okay.
Read moreThe vegan gorgonzola was a pleasant surprise—creamy, tangy, and almost indistinguishable from the dairy version. If you are not a fan of blue cheese than keep in mind that this is the only vegan cheese option. The two vegan pizzas also delivered variety, despite what we expected based on the menu. Each had its own distinct flavour profile, which was a nice touch. Flavour was okay but not great.
Unfortunately, the starter focaccia fell short. It was overly salty and a bit dry, especially when compared to the much better focaccia from the local bakery Ivo.
Overall, De Pizzabakkers provides solid vegan pizza options but leaves room for improvement in ambiance and starters.

Best vegan pizza in the area! - Edit
After having delivered pizza's from this place a few times, finally went over and visited the place. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

They could improve by adding a decent vegan desert to the menu.
