Horrible experience

EN: We went to eat here with six people. First, the waiter told us that there was no room, we asked if we could have pizza's for take away and the waiter said that that was also not possible. No problem, we went back outside to discuss where to go next. The owner came outside to tell us that there would be space soon, if we would drink something on the terrace we could sit inside afterwards. We agreed and went to sit outside. When the waiter came to take the order for our drinks, we asked if we could already order the pizzas. The waiter told us that it would take at least an hour before we could get a table, as it was already late, we explained that it was too long for us and asked again if we could have pizzas for take away. The waiter replied again that that would take at least one hour. We explained that it was a bit too long, thanked him anyway and got ready to leave. Then the owner came back and said that it would only take 15 minutes to get pizzas. We ordered drinks and 5 vegan pizzas and one vegetarian pizza. We made sure to specify at least three times that the five pizzas needed to be vegan. About 30-40min later we were seated inside and given pizzas. Two of the vegan pizzas had ham added to them (something we most definitely, never asked for). The cook took the pizzas back just to return them a few minutes later with just the ham pieces removed from the same pizzas. We mentioned this to the waiter who claimed that it was not true and that they were new pizzas. However, one person from our group still found a piece of ham and it was clearly visible where some of the piece had been placed before. Will never visit this place again.

NL: We gingen hier eten met zes personen. De ober stuurde ons verschillende keren weg waarbij de bazin steeds terugkwam om te zeggen dat we er toch konden eten. Dat we even moesten wachten vonden we niet zo erg, het was veel erger dat er ham lag op twee van de vijf vegan pizza's. De pizza's werden weggenomen en teruggebracht met de ham er af gehaald. De ober zei dat het nieuwe pizza's waren maren we vonden nog een stuk ham en het was duidelijk waar ze er af waren gehaald. Er was geen duidelijke communicatie en ze liegen over hun eten wat overigens in strijd is met de consumentenwetgeving.
