Outstanding vegan place!!! - Edit
Our meal was Simply outstanding and yet again I forgot to take photos!! I had an incredibly flavorful tofu served on flavored quinoa and my husband had an amazing House made seiten sandwich. We got gyzos to start and an delicious bread as well. The staff were so kind and friendly and very patient with us since we don't speak Spanish all that well yet and they were donating their proceeds the day we were there to support those who have been displaced due to the horrible fires north of here in central Chile. They are total vegan, not vegetarian!

En primer lugar, un sazón tan bien logrado, sabores muy cuidados y realmente te hacen tener una experiencia única en el paladar. Personalmente, me he sentido como Remi de Ratatouille cuando prueba queso y frutillas y luego ambas juntas 🤤🤯🥳🎆🎇. Una bomba indescriptible de placer 🤭.
Read moreLuego, porciones más que adecuadas, dejan satisfecho a cualquiera y, a mí parecer, siempre se aseguran de aportar la cantidad adecuada de proteínas. La carta en general muy bien balanceada en aporte nutricional 🤓👩🏻⚕️.
Los menú que se ofrecen y varían a diario son de valores accesibles y completos, con ensaladas creativas y sabrosas 🥗.
Por último, las personas que trabajan en este local, además de la amabilidad que los caracteriza ☺️, tienen gran conciencia de salud planetaria y muy comprometidos con la salud comunitaria también 🌎🌱🙌🏼. Realizan eventos de aprendizaje, talleres y encuentros musicales que avivan el alma, entre otros.
El local es pequeño, precioso y acogedor ☺️🥰.
Creo que todos deberían probar esta experiencia siendo o no veganos. Y no perderse los postres!!!
