A whole vegatarian/vegan menu - Edit
Started out as a fully vegetarian Surinamese Chinese restaurant, but added a meat menu. The vegetarian menu is still there, loads of vegan options. They use meat/fish substitudes and also tempe and tofu. Also lots of vegetable dishes. Don’t like evey dish as much but my favorite is the salt & pepper tofu Japanese style. Also really like the aubergine and green asperegus dish and the sandwich with vegetarian curry chicken.

Een hele vegan kaart. Als je vega of vegan eet krijg je bestek in een groen papiertje. Mensen die dieren eten in een rood. Hoe leuk! Verder prima gegeten. Niet enorm bijzonder, maar prijs kwaliteit gezien niet gek. Veel groente en veel vleesvervanger. Ik had vegan kip kerrie met veel ‘kip’. De dumplings zijn erg goed! 🤩

Ordered the roti with tempeh, it was super tasty and quite a big portion. Prices are on the cheaper side of things. They have two tables outside only but for takeaway it would work quite well too.

Amazing oyster mushrooms - Edit
The gong bao (fried) oyster mushrooms with vegetables were one of the tastiest mushrooms I have ever had thigh sightly more expensive than I had expected. The veggie dumplings were pretty good to.

Went here at lunch time and the atmosphere was quite hectic. Unfortunately, we did not notice until later that they have to different menus. The one at the counter is only in Dutch and does not state clearly which dishes are vegan or vegetarian (in the vegetarian section). The ones at the table however are helpful! For take away order at the counter, otherwise order at the table. My food choice was good but quite average. The portion size was huge so I could not try anything else.

Poor service, waitress with attitude - Edit
Food was ok but nothing special. I asked the server to clarify something regarding a main dish I wanted to order and once I got my meal it was not according to what she translated/ explained before. Upon refusing the dish as it was not what I was expecting she blew her lid off and started to argue and yell that there's nothing she can do about it and I have to pay for the dish since they can't sell it to anyone else. I explained her firmly that I will not pay for her mistake and eventually they removed the dish from the bill. However my dining experience was completely ruined and by the time she was done yelling at me my food was cold. Super crappy service, people with such attitude should not work as a server! Will NEVER go back or recommend this place to anyone.

Dit restaurant heeft een enorm grote vegan kaart en alles even smaakvol. Wij aten vegan - pom, kip cashew Saté en dumplings. Heerlijk! Afhalen kan trouwens ook. Wij komen wel terug 😊

Heerlijk aziatisch vegan - Edit
Hier met Aziatische omni vrienden gegeten terwijl mijn vrouw en ik vegan zijn. Hier was ruim voldoende keus voor iedereen en zoveel vegan opties die ik nog niet eerder heb gezien. Zoals Vegan eend en vegan zeevruchten. Het leek allemaal zo echt en qua smaak was het ook niet echt te onderscheiden. Het eten was heerlijk en voor een goede prijs. Als ik weer in Rotterdam ben kom ik hier zeker terug.

It isn't really formal but it was good. When you order a main dish you get an enormous plate of rice. I had a budha delight and I liked it. I also had a nice piece of oreo-cake. If you can't finish your meal you can ask for a box to put it in. Drinks are not served in a glass but in the original can. It was pretty crowded, reserving is recommended
