Worth the trip - Edit
Last time I happened to be in Ostende on a week day, I made sure to try this place; it's a bit far from the city center and from the beach, and we arrived close to their closing time; yet the owner allowed us to sit and order and take our time.
The interior is very nice and the food was nice and sophisticated, I really had a lovely lunch.
Pros: the food, the staff, the drinks
Cons: poor opening times

Mediocre - Edit
I did not like the food at all. It was plain, lacked taste.
I ended up throwing it away.
Pros: Take-away
Cons: Tasteless food

Not bad but very slow. - Edit
I've been there more than onces. If you are a few minutes earlier don't expect they open the business for you even when you see them! The food is average ok but it can be a lot better. You still feel hungry and it takes time to served you. Dissapointed for beer drinkers, only 1 very expensive 4€ bio-beer ... yip, as usual no beer anymore! Even no alcofree beers. Common, scared to buy some bottles beer? You can stock them very long don't worry.
Pros: Veganfriendly, Fair food
Cons: Expensive drinks, sometimes beer, Slooooow servings, Scared to talk to you?

Vegan, no culinary extravaganza but decent enough - Edit
This is actually a vegan/macrobiotic restaurant. Have visited several times during the last couple of years, and everything was always vegan. I explicitly asked the cook/waitress again when I last visited (Jan 2014) and she confirmed.
It's only open for lunch on weekdays and there's only one plat du jour (typical macrobiotic style with a collection of several different items on your plate, mostly organic). Nice, but no culinary gourmet experience.
