Es gab 2 vegane Hauptspeisen, einen Eintopf mit Jackfruit und einen veganen Burger, welchen wir zwei mal bestellt haben. Mir selbst hat er nicht unbedingt geschmeckt, da dort Mango drauf war und der Burger sehr fruchtig war. Jedoch fand meine Begleitung den Burger sehr gut.

Une brasserie classique à la sauce belge avec un certain charme. Les serveurs sont sympathiques même s'il y a du monde. On a pu manger leur délicieux burger vegan avec frites et veganaise et de bonnes bières un dimanche à 14h. Top avec ta famille qui ne mange "pas" vegan quoi.

Nice atmosphere with 2 vegan options - Edit
There are 2 vegan options (ask if you can't find them on the menu): a burger and a Jackfruit stew. I went for the stew, it was good but not mind blowing. Next time I would go for the burger. I did not find it expensive: around €14 for both main courses. They have over 250 beers! Nice outdoor seating.

Nice burger (with vegan mayo!), nice beers and lovely people. There is one vegan meal option more on the menu “vegan stooofpotje”, including jackfruit. Did not eat that, but it sounds Nice as well.

Only two vegan main courses to choose from: jackfruit stew and a smokey burger. We had the burger and it was good. They also have a large amount of beers to choose from and the ambiance was great. It was crowded but cozy.

In Maastricht, not many regular places offer vegan food, so the fact that the have a vegan burger, stew and even a dessert is very special! I always love coming here with friends: they love the 250 beers and I my vegan burger. The burger isn’t just a lame excuse for a burger. The really put some thought in it!

Good burger, great fries, and huge beer selection - Edit
The burger is a bit mushy. The fries made more than up for that. The service is excellent. The staff is experienced and knowledgeable. Switching tables was no problem and they recommended a couple of good drinks from the huge selection of 300 beers.

I had the vegan burger and some beers. Other choices were vegan stew and there was a vegan dessert. It was really nice! We were inside because of the hot weather and there was a good atmosphere.

Great place for beers & food - Edit
If you like craft beers, de Gouverneur is the place to visit. They have many different kind of craft beers including some local ones from small breweries. Besides some craft beers, I had the vegan jackfruit stew and vegan dessert. Especially the vegan dessert was very good!
