Super lekkere vegan chimichurri salade - Edit
De chimichurri salade was zeer goed vullend, vers en gewoon heel erg lekker. Weer eens wat anders dan de hummus met gegrilde groente (ook hier verkrijgbaar trouwens 😉).
Read moreEr staan meerdere vegan en vegetarische gerechten op de kaart, van broodjes, wraps tot een taartje. Vriendelijke bediening en een prachtig uitzicht. Aanrader hoor. Wel een stukje lopen vanaf de parkeerplaats (1,5 km), maar mindervaliden kunnen met een ontheffing dichterbij parkeren.

Nice place to go for a hike or a bike ride. Please notice that the nearest parking lot is about 1,5 km away. The place offers a variety of vegan en vegetarian options for lunch or cakes. Very child friendly, with toys, little bikes and swings. I love the sandwich with vegan pate!

Read more* Kastanje kampioen - a vegan grilled cheese sandwich that was richly filled with vegan cheese, sweet grilled onions and chestnut mushrooms. Loved it so much!
* Strawberry/apple juice
* vegan piece of chocolate/coconut pie
* vegan piece of prune and nuts pie
* vegan latte macchiato
It tasted wonderful and the view was amazing. We loved it there and will come back!

The vegan Pathe sandwich was tasty but rather small. The cake was alright. Still a very welcome stop during a walk in pretty nature

Lovely place for lunch - Edit
About a 20 minute walk from the main road. Lovely place to stop after a walk in a beautiful area. The menu has a few vegan options like sandwiches, toasti, snacks and cake. Toasti was amazing! Lovely and helpful staff as well.

Taart! - Edit
De vegan taart van de dag… die móét je gewoon geproefd hebben! De Carolinahoeve is bovendien een bijzonder prettige plek, zowel buiten als binnen. De kokkin houdt met alle plezier rekening met veganisme!
