We had the vegan variant of the daily changing curry and vegan noodles. Both were great and the portions were really big for a good price. The restaurant is on a campsite and it is often very crowded, but there are many tables inside and outside to sit.

Daily Vegetarian Meal! - Edit
The Bolder offers two daily dishes, a dish named the "Bolderhap" and a curry. It's always possible to get them vegetarian. They punlish the daily dishes that are available in advance in a weekly overview. Furthermore, they have some vegetarian snacks and a vegan burger. The atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxed and the prices are practically the best you can find at Vlieland.

My new favourite restaurant of Vlieland. Very laidback atmosphere and they serve amazing vegan food (changes seasonally). The curry was very rich and flavourful and it was a fair portion! Had bread with vegan cashew cheese as a started which was made on the island, very interesting! Went there with a group of 18 and they had no problem hosting us.
