Insanely good tasting food. Great options to choose from and you're supposed to share the food, so you've got a good variety of things to eat.

Overpriced and bland - Edit
Came here with a lot of hopes as Enschede is lacking on the vegan front, and I must say I was very disappointed. We could only choose the surprise menu as it was the day before their vacation and I barely had time to mention that I don't like fresh coriander and mushrooms before the waitress was already gone. The courgette soup we got was nice but it was an extremely small portion and it didn't come with any bread. The main course was a lasagne, but it didn't deserve that name. There was NO SAUCE between the layers. Literally just boiled veggies (no seasonings!) and pasta plates, that's it. No vegan cheese either. It was so bland. It came with a side of undercooked quinoa and pesto, which was tasty. The waitress never came to check on us, only when we had finished. Then came the bill and I was quite shocked. The surprise menu was 20€ per person - for a tiny amount of soup and one portion of 'lasagne', which wasn't really a lasagne! When checking their menu the soup is technically 6.50€ and their lasagne 12.50€ which would be less than 20€. We paid the same price for the surprise menu than those who had more expensive meat dishes. Unbelievable.

This is the best place for vegan food I've been in the Netherlands so far. They have a great menu and also a surprise course. You can inform your preferences and they good with a lot of own grown ar organic vegetables. Service is lovely. I've been here two times in a short period. My mom loved the vegan food as well and the non-vegetarian part as well. Deserves 5 stars!

Original dishes, great presentation - Edit
Welcoming with a ( slight) modern industrial feel, very friendly and knowing staff and owner. They were very helpful with selecting dishes. Part of the menu consists of own produce from vegetable garden. Not entirely vegan but several vegan starters and main dishes and a dessert (clearly indicated on the menu). Dishes looked very nice, modern and nicely plated with different well balanced textures and flavours. We tried the 4 courses and we're not disappointed, highly recommended we will certainly come back for more!
