An oasis in a desert - Edit
Apart from Focus Organic shop and café which has a few vegan options, there isn’t really much for vegans wanting to eat out in Halesworth, so it was great to see quite a few vegan options on the menu in this restaurant.
Read moreThere are a couple of main dishes and several smaller ones including four of the tapas-style dishes at £6 each or three for £15. Not many vegan desserts on offer when we were there, but the ginger cake was great and the sorbet very nice, too. Several vegan cakes and cookies were on sale at the bar. The coffee was particularly good: I don’t often drink it these days and normally take sugar, but this one was smooth and without bitterness and didn’t need it. Soya milk is available if required. Service is friendly and efficient. All in all, a very pleasant experience and we would eat there again if we are in the area.
