Long Standing - Edit
We have enjoyed Dave's Green Papaya for years and although at one point, dishes weren't as consistent, that has long been resolved. We love their Green Curry with tofu, Basil Eggplant dish, as well as the Pad Thai. Just be sure to mention that you are vegetarian/vegan as some dishes will still have fish sauce in it otherwise (including their sauce for the spring rolls).

This place was recommended by a vegan co-worker, be sure to specify you're vegan and they will be happy to accommodate you! I ordered take out and it was very yummy, nice to see restaurants offering veg/vegan dishes.
