Some dishes lacked on the taste side, but everything was fresh. Service was excellent! The price is good for an all you can eat buffet! Will go back!

All vegan Buffet for 12.50 euros - Edit
There are ~20 different dishes for the dinner service. They are constantly filled so nothing will run out. Very much plant based, very very little vegan meats/cheeses

Decent but not amazing - Edit
€10.50 for lunch buffet, and nothing on it came close to blowing me away. Another reviewer says cold and bland - nailed it. The afternoon menu avocado tofu scramble looked amazing but tasted meh. Their pastel de nata is by a distance the worst vegan nata I've ever had. I've been here far too many times, now I'm actually coming to review it properly I don't think I'll be back.

Great value and convenient! - Edit
Daterra has several locations in Porto. We sampled three and were very happy with each of them. It is an all you can eat buffet with a large variety of vegan dishes. The dishes are all fresh and well made and we will happily go here again. Each time, I left feeling very satisfied with the meal and the price!

Good Value, but Underwhelming Food - Edit
I was so excited to try an all vegan buffet and all of the options looked mouthwatering.
Read moreA lot of the food ended up being quite bland and lots of the options were cold. Some of the options ended to being tasty, and I like how they have different menus each day. The desserts were pretty good, particularly the carrot cake.
Desserts were separate and you need somebody to get them from a case for you. There were not any staff anywhere in site and it took 20 minutes to flag someone down.
Maybe this is a bad location because I know this is a chain, or just a bad day.

Pros: Good value for money
Cons: underwhelming food, slow service

Bland and cold sums up the buffet. Looks great but often tastes of nothing.

Ótimo buffet! - Edit
Várias opções de saladas, sopa do dia e pratos típicos de Portugal na versão vegana. Também tinham sobremesas e sucos pagos à parte. O valor era de 10,50 euros para comer livremente.

Really nice food & concept ☺️ - Edit
The restaurant offers an “all you can eat” buffet which is fully vegan and it’s sooo rare to find! The food quality is also good though it depends on the dish. A solid 4 out of 5 though! #Veganuary

Tasty food, friendly staff - Edit
The selection of food was really fantastic. It was tasty and varied, the soup was good and the seasoned tofu and seitan was delicious.
Read moreThe selection of desserts was brilliant, and the Portuguese (custard) Tart was absolutely beautiful!
I would highly recommend but would issue a word of caution at night. Pick pocketers are plentiful from São Bento metro station- its a short walk but be on your guard.
The restaurant itself.... First class
Pros: Portuguese Tart!, Tasty food, Really good value for money
Cons: Be careful walking from the Metro

Great food and place - Edit
It is a nice place, with friendly staff and good food/drinks.
Read moreMe and my girlfriend had two healthy drinks first - ginger lemonade and “Green Clean” which is a drink made out of cucumber, spinach and mint (I think).
Afterwards, we had burgers. I had the Chilli burger which was especially amazing, and my girlfriend had the Pea burger. Although they did not really feel like burgers and more like some sandwiches , they were great. #Veganuary

Overrated - overly salty - under baked - Edit
For starters they could ensure what they bake is actually baked before serving.
Read moreFor some reason everything is either overly salty or very little to no salt.
All in all it is highly disappointing. Loads of options - but none is really any good.
I would stick to the smaller independent vegan places spread around the town.
Pros: Not much really
Cons: Unbaked goods, Too salty, Overly staffed

great spot for hungry vegans :) - Edit
this place offers a buffet of various vegan dishes at a fixed price - 8ish for breakfast, 10ish for lunch and 12ish euros for dinner. (drinks and deserts extra) the food was good, some of it could have been warmer, but that’s to be expected of a buffet i guess. i really liked the seitan steak, but they also had seasonal vegetables like crunchy cauliflower and sprouts, spinach filled pastries, salads etc.

Nice Buffet with lots of Selections - Edit
I dined here with friends on October 18, 2023. There was a huge selection at the buffet and new items were constantly being added to the buffet table. The food though, while good enough, wasn't anything special. Most items seemed to taste similar.
Read moreThe service left something to be desired. It seemed like forever before we could get the attention of someone to order a bottle of wine, and then when it came to our table, it was not what we ordered. A lot of people were working here, but nobody seemed to be in charge. It didn't appear to be as if anyone was managing the huge staff on duty.
As a vegan, I appreciate the effort of this restaurant and would dine here again, but maybe at a different location, as there seem to be many.
Pros: Lots of choices at the buffet, with labels, Nice, clean atmosphere, Convenient location
Cons: Disorganized and neglectful service

Very kind staff - Edit
Loads of choice of food - not a fast / junk food, more of a healthy food place. Open, light place with many staff and reasonable drinks and dessert prices (neither are included in the buffet price) - they even allows our kiddo to eat a couple of tiny bits of our plates without charging us (our kids are very small) which was ace. Have high chairs and baby changing for those who care. Much recommended.
