I love ramen, but I thought the ramen here wasn't that good. The ramen was not at all traditional, which would have been OK if it was delicious. The broth just tasted weird. I can't really explain it, but the broth was bland and flavorful and at the same time had a weird unpleasant aftertaste. It was not at all enjoyable to me, and while I finished my dish, it was mostly because I hate throwing away food, not because it was good. I thought the food was OK, but I expect more from a night out. My husband (a vegetarian) also didn't enjoy the food to the point where we had to throw away the leftover box without eating it.
