Generous serve of veg but not seasoned

I was looking forward to my first Darwin laksa. It looked the part, packed with veg, DIY condiments and I paid for extra tofu on the advice of the other reviewer. Unfortunately the broth really needed salt and left me underwhelmed. The laksa with extra tofu cost $17

Pros: Lots of veggies and Fresh condiments , Lovely, family business, The DIY station was clean and regularly restocked

Cons: Broth lacked salt and flavour 😩

Great laksa

Not a whole lot of options at Mindil Night Markets, but Darwin Laksa has great vegan laksa. There is a table where you can self serve your condiments such as peanuts, shallots, coriander & chilli oil. There was nice fresh veg in my laksa like cauliflower, brocoli, carrot. Disappointly there was only one piece of puffy tofu (which was quite tasty). I'd ask for extra tofu next time.
