eat your heart out

i love de silvas! recently moved to darwin & got told by a vegan coworker about their $15 all you can eat/buffet at lunchtime. it’s incredible value, they always have 2 vegan curries (when i’ve gone it’s been dahl & jackfruit), along with side veggies, pappadums & two kinds of rice. their pickled veggies are also incredible. i’ve been back every week since i first ate there. you need to make sure you know how to handle your spice (or just keep oat milk on hand) but it’s so delicious that even though my mouth was on fire i kept going back for more. they also do a $12 takeaway container that you fill up yourself. amazing little gem in the industrial area
