Good Lunch Buffet - Edit
I like their lunch buffet. There are several vegan items which are clearly labeled as vegan. The lunch buffet is "all you can eat."

This is the best vegan lunch on K Street, with lots of variety. As a vegan, I can meet my non-veg friends and everyone is happy (as they have meat entrees as well). Great food, exceptionally friendly staff and great coffee (included with lunch buffet). I try to eat SOS free and they have some options that appear to be low in the saltoil department. Although the dishes change daily, my favs so far are the lentil soup, hummus, and spicy eggplant. honorable mention for the vegan mousaka, falafel and green bean dish.
