Most of the menu can be made vegan - Edit
Quirky place upstairs from one of the main streets in Settle. The vast majority of main dishes can be made vegan with either tofu or more veg. I got one of the stir fries with veg & sticky rice (can’t remember the name but it was no.8 - sauce was mild and sweet). My partner went for a tofu jungle curry which had a kick. We both really enjoyed it. Food arrived quickly and the owner was very friendly. Note that they only serve water but you can run to the co-op next door for BYOB.

Fab Little Vegan Place - Edit
Really tasty vegan food. Would recommend the Tao Hoo Pad Med Manuang. Some of the best Thai we have had outside of Thailand.
