Covers me for special occasions - Edit
I never got the chance to visit them while they were open but due to an overwhelming about of recommendations I decided to order food from them right before Christmas.
Read moreThey seriously have my favourite vegan sausage rolls. They beat every other rolls I’ve tried across the world. They’re filled with spice and herb goodness and are very flavourful. I have a huge appetite but I can’t eat more than 1 of their sausage rolls are the portion sizes are excellent!
I’ve also ordered their red wine gravy and the nut roast for Christmas which saved me some time cooking. The gravy was a little on the sour side for my liking but after some time I got into it and really enjoyed it especially with some stuffing. I even ended up using the leftover gravy in a vegan Chicken wrap. The nut roast was beautifully presented and it tasted lovely. Very filling too.
I ordered a vanilla raspberry cake. I was very excited to have that sweet option as I usually don’t eat deserts due to the lack of option. It looked beautiful but I will say that it was quite simple… I’m not sure what I was expecting but the cake was just a simple sponge cake covered in an icing sugar buttercream situation. It was so sweet that I ended up scraping some of the icing off as it was too much. There was no hint of vanilla, possibly because of the my taste buds being overwhelmed with sugar.
Overall, I was happy with their food and the communication was excellent throughout.
Pros: You can get anything imaginable, Flavour packed food, Life saver for feeding crowds the easy way
Cons: Some food can be hit or miss (personal preference, Awkward location for collecting food. Car needed.

The Vegan Spot of Your Dreams - Edit
I was in ecstasy visiting this vegan pizza place which I had heard so highly of from meat-eater friends who frequent it. It came as a surprise to see the bakery section and I literally squealed in delight when I found out that the entire selection of everything in store was vegan. The menu changes frequently but there is always a dream array of choices. The cinnamon roll, chocolate guinness cake and seasonal pumpkin danish that I bought did not taste vegan, I was astounded by how decadent, soft and moist they were (apologies if triggered by the word). They were reminiscent of Bear Lemon in Dublin and it's rare to then have a wonderful selection of main meals and appetizers too. The Italian pizza with vegan sausage and the "Goats Cheese" pizza were delicious, the latter was my favourite as it tasted unbelievably like goats cheese with its spot-on salty flavour. The wedges we had were well-spiced and seasoned. I am excited to return as often as I can to try as much of the menu as I can!

Update June 2021- still Amazing - Edit
My old review is below. Currently open 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday only. Dining in the lovely spacious gardens. Several tables have overhead shelter. Walk ups only. Quality of the food is amazing. I had Hawaiian pizza and Guinness cake. Delicious. Meat eaters were pleasantly surprised too and vowed to return. They had pizza, burger, chocolate ginger mousse, avo toast salad, Guinness cake and strawberry cake. Buddha bowel and carrot, turmeric and ginger juice were also enjoyed. Zero complaints. Will be back. Maybe even for the Sunday morning yoga. Check out their Facebook for updates.

Hadn't tried this place even though it is one of the nearest vegan places as I thought it was mostly pizza and wasn't sure about the hours etc. I was soooooo wrong. We visited on a Friday evening after checking the Facebook page and reserving a table through Facebook messanger. The menu was posted online and looked amazing. It was an adventurous drive in the dark and the rain. It felt like a well kept secret - pulling off the coast and up the dark lane and then into the cosy, candlelit dining room. Very welcoming and a lovely atmosphere. There were three starters options, four mains and two puddings. We tried two of each course and everything was delicious. I left well and truly stuffed! They serve wine and take credit cards. They seem to be open Friday and Saturday evenings. I think they make everything themselves from scratch.

Fabulous - Edit
Delighted to find this hidden gem from this app when visiting nearby Carlingford. We stopped on the way home on a sunny evening and sat outside. I rang but they said no reservations required. The pizzas were amazing, really fresh and crispy. The kombucha and homemade dessert bar were lovely too. My non-veg other half really enjoyed it. I would return!
