Beautiful place with few options

Love the decor but the options were very few and it was expensive. The vegan hollandaise was amazing but shame the original dish was eggs so all you got was sauce on veggies no tofu or egg substitute when eggs taken away the other vegan rosti dish was oily and not tasty. Staff were confused and annoyed bu asking what is vegan. Honestly need to step up!

Pros: Pretty decor

Cons: Expensive , Not many options

Not a fan

This place is so expensive and I was not impressed by the vegan options. Our meals were GROSS.
I won't be returning unless they up their game with the effort put in for vegan food.

Delicious!

Food was awesome! Greens were fresh, dressings were yum. Loved the Buddha bowl and the black bean burger. Service was friendly and efficient. Loved the ambience. Tried to give 5 stars but happy cow only allowed 4 stars because the cafe doesn’t have a fully vego menu. However I didn’t see any meat on the menu.

You need the big breakfast!

The big breakfast is amazing and the coffee is super yummy, but the service is a little slow most of the time. They have a LOT of vegan options and I've never tried anything there that I haven't liked. The staff are also all lovely!

Pros: Good food, Lovely staff, Lots of vegan options

Cons: Slow service sometimes

All Is Not As It Seems

We were hoping for a pick-me-up coffee on our way back from Byron last Wednesday[15/3/17].The aroma of coffee from inside was very inviting.Unfortunately, despite ordering an extra shot with our Bonsoy lattes and paying $7.70 per coffee, the coffees tasted like warmed up soy milk.We were concerned about the short-statured young woman with long mousey coloured hair who 'dumped'the milk out in a rushed careless manner. We suspect her indifference to the art of coffee making contributed to the lack of flavour. We had to throw out the coffees and sadly we will not be returning.

Pros: Nice coffee aroma, Funky gothic atmosphere, Vegetarian

Cons: Certain incompetent and indifferent staff member
