Nice vegan food

I attended a wedding at Mosborough Hall and stayed for a couple of nights. The vegan food in the bistro, and at the wedding itself, was really great. Lots of choice. I wish I had taken photos!
The breakfast was a little underwhelming
They did have vegan spread for the toast and soy milk, but the continental buffet didn't have anything vegan (except fruit) so we had to have vegan cooked breakfasts. Some avocado would have been nice, but it wasn't to be.

Pros: Lots of vegan options

Cons: Nothing vegan on continental breakfast buffet
