Super Fine Dining (High End) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

**Location**
Inside of the Hyatt Regancy (gates & gaurds)
Just tell them "Dar Beida"

Food:
Only one vegan dish on the menu & possibly by accommodation.. Plus they have fries of course lol :)

The quality of the food was decent, taste OK 👍

They will take care of you if you're vegan! but not the best options; again I believe there was only one real dish that was vegan(?) but don't quote me. I just needed something & they made sure I got a vegan meal; Plus French Fries!

Hours:
This place is listed as closing at 2AM

I came to dine in around 10PM & seen others dining in around 11PM

**Setting**
This place is super elegant with live music and a belly dancer on stage. Dim lights, very professional & high end. Not cheap but fun, cool & great experience.

Pros: Top notch service/ Fancy Setting, Late hours (Final Resort), Easy to get a Taxi outside

Cons: Need to make "Vegan" specific, Only 1 or 2 options, Prices are expensive.

Exceptional fine dining Moroccan food

In a country that is far from vegan friendly and many vegetables are over cooked we were apprehensive that the food would not be tasty but after discussing our requirements with the hotel and restaurant managers Omgoodness our food was divine. Servings are huge so choose wisely and maybe start with one dish and see if you want to order another. The show is impressive so you’ve plenty of time. We had the Mezze, stuffed vegetable tagine and a green stir fry special dish.
