Great burguers

Very famous burguer place in Guimarães and the food is great. I choose the vegan burguer #5 and it came with vegan mayo and ketchup. The patty was a bit spicy and fell apart because it was so soft. I choose a fresh juice to go with my meal and it was great

Pros: Plenty of affordable vegan and vegetarian options

Cons: Is often full, you gotta be there early

NO VEGAN OPTIONS

Be careful!!! The vegan option that they claim to have is NOT VEGAN! (even though on their website says vegan like 5 times on the burguer description). I called to confirm and they told me the cheese was cow's cheese and that the bread has milk in it.

The "vegan" burguer it's not vegan!

I was a very enthousiastic and satisfied costumer in the past. Vegan burguers actually had vegan ingredients and the service was greatly kind and polite, trully professional. Nowadays, unhappilly, everything seems to have changed. The brazilian manager woman is anoying, rude and totally not focused in the costumers. She seems to be there doing an enormous favor to everyone and therefore it is highly different from a past reality. Yesterday I asked to see the ingredientes of the vegan burger bread and of the ships... I saw with angry that the so called "vegan" burguer has milk in its bread. Ships' ingredients simply were not given to me. Staff seems to be amused with people's questionning, which is simply unacceptable.
To me, end of story, unless the owner brings the old good Dan's back to live!

Pros: nothing at the moment

Cons: staff, not vegan burger 'cause the bread has milk.
