Ordered the Impossible burrito with kim chi slaw. It was bland, unimpressive, and only contained rice, mashed black beans, slaw, and a burger patty folded in half. I also ordered a side of guacamole and it was even worse. It was LITERALLY just mashed avocados and a pinch of cilantro. A redeeming quality was when I mentioned I was vegan the gentleman who took my order divulged the kim chi is sans shrimp paste and fish sauce. Nice that he knew that little tidbit.

Impossible Burger option for all items - Edit
They have a lot of different options from burritos, tacos, and bowls. All have the option to include the Impossible Burger. I get the burrito with Impossible Burger and kimchee slaw and it's delicious.
