Bright and calm, great food - Edit
Chips were best I’ve had in a long long time! Freshly prepared properly from potatoes and really crispy. Lovely sharing platter - with chips plenty for three of us. Great selection of veggie salads.

Closed 31 May - Edit
Came here at lunchtime on Saturday 31 May. No sign of life and no answer when we called even though hours posted on their website showed they'd be open. Very disappointing, especially as it's a little walk from the historic part of Saltaire and all the other cafés and restaurants.

My favourite place! - Edit
This is the only all-vegan café for miles and I love it, especially as it's attached to Heather Yoga, a fantastic place to practise.
Read moreThe food on offer is a delicious range of wraps and burgers, a noodle dish, and luscious vegan cakes. Today I had the falafel wrap with smoked paprika chips. These are without doubt the best chips on the planet.
Another wonderful lunch today - the mezze platter - after a delightful yoga practice, but sadly no cake these days.

Dandelion Cafe - Edit
I’d been to the old venue previously, so was looking forward to visiting again. Lovely space and vibe, comfortable and welcoming. Big tables, you may need to share at busy times. A few choices not available and reading the menu was difficult as it’s at the busy counter area and high up on the wall. I waited quite a while for my order to be taken whilst staff were busy preparing drinks/food, trying to keep two dogs entertained at the counter wasn’t easy 😅 I had the tempeh wrap with fries, very fresh if lacking flavour for me personally (I did order the mild though). I’d definitely return if in the area again.

Love this place - Edit
Come here for yoga classes when I'm back at home seeing family. The cakes are to die for and my non vegan family are also obsessed! The coffees are great and the vegan Mexican burger is really tasty. Great laid back vibes

Saltaire and Vinegar - Edit
A delightful place. Such a pleasure to visit. Ethical and wholesome. The avocado on sourdough and Mexican wrap were excellent as were our lattes. We even sat on the same table as Lydia Dingle from Emmerdale! Must be good.

Delicious food but healthy not junk. Things that sound ordinary like wraps etc are really nice and well presented and fresh etc. Also have delicious cupcakes etc which are great.

Great Saltaire location, more than a cafe - Edit
I love the idea of a little vegan/wellness community centre and this was one of those places with families - large tables and space for children and prams. I believe there was also a yoga studio in the building so it felt like a hub for overall well-being.
Read moreThe food and drinks were great but I remember there being a lack of choice and many of the items on the board unavailable. I think the most inconvenient aspect of ordering food here is that when they were busy, it was difficult to read the menu as it’s just on one chalkboard next to the counter where everyone lined up to order.
Pros: Wellbeing community hub , Family friendly, Bright & welcoming
Cons: Limited menu choice, Menu difficult to access

A fantastic range of lovingly made food and drink options. Great for brunch, lunch or just a coffee. Wheelchair access via a platform lift which was a bit noisy but worked well enough. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Very happy.

Really nice old school vegan place. We loved our food- black bean & tempeh burger with skin on chips & a tempeh wrap. Kombucha was yum & the chai latte came in a cafetière 🥰. We ate early evening but some of the menu was not available, so we plan to return for the Korean loaded fries!

I have been here loads of times over the years and absolutely love the place! The burgers are delicious; the dhal & lemon noodles is also great; the mezze plater is yummy... you get the picture! Also do great cakes, the staff are really nice, it's great to have a fully vegan cafe here as there aren't that many in the local area 😊

This cafe is well worth visiting if you’re going to Salt Mill. It’s just down the road and does really tasty tempeh wraps and the chips are stunning. I know that sounds ridiculous but they are. It has a lovely yoga room attached which I’d love to go to if I was local.
