Delicious, Large Portions - Edit
DanDan is a longtime favorite of mine, even now being vegan they offer a good number of clearly labeled options with larger portions. Don’t skip over the General Tso’s Cauliflower, soo crispy and sticky, and the cucumber salad is simple but really delicious. Other options include kimchi pancakes, mapo tofu, dumplings, and salt/pepper fried rice. For extra heat, ask for level 3 with “[censored] sauce” 😆

Creative and Delicious - Edit
DanDan serves a contemporary take on Szechuan style Chinese. For me, MaPo Tofu (no pork of course) is the vegan standard so I was eager to try theirs. It was delicious. Very spicy as advertised, with a fresh sauce that used mushrooms to add flavor (vs pork) , it was superb. Clearly many more vegan options than when past reviewers visited, all clearly marked. Nice staff, cool atmosphere, nice drink selection, I'll be back.

Good but Few Vegan Options - Edit
I had the general tso’s cauliflower and loved it! My partner had mapo tofu and was a little underwhelmed, but still thought it was good. Overall, it was pretty pricey and there weren’t that many vegan options, but the cauliflower was definitely worth it to me. The food was very filling too which was a plus.

Get the general tsos cauliflower! - Edit
Super cozy and warm space. We shared the veggie momo dumplings, general tso's cauliflower and kimchi pancake. The cauliflower was mind-blowing. The dumplings and pancake were both good as well, but the cauliflower is a must get!

Great, filling vegan lunch! - Edit
My girlfriend and I visited Dandan for the first time this week and overall and it was a great experience. We ate towards the end of lunch hours on a Monday and it’s wasn’t crazy busy but it did have a few tables of families eating. The restaurant has plenty of space and seating so it didn’t seem loud or crowded. Food was delicious; we ordered the two vegan entrees available during lunch: Mungbean Kimchee Pancake and General Tso’s Cauliflower. Both with sides of the Veggie Momo. All was very delicious and good portions. We arrived very hungry and left full and satisfied. We only drank water with our meal but a few of their house cocktails sounded very good and I would like to try on our next visit.

One of the best meals I've ever had. - Edit
WOW. 5+ stars. DanDan was amazing. I got the Veggie Momo (which I shared) and the General Tso's Cauliflower. The Momo was delicious, but the General Tso's Cauliflower was INCREDIBLE. Amazing flavor and texture. Everyone I talked to recommended this dish and it did not disappoint. The server was very nice and the décor was awesome. I HIGHLY recommend DanDan!
