Great Italian - Edit
If you're in the mood for Italian, this is a great option. The waiter strongly recommended the avocado pesto linguine, which both my sister & I got. It was delicious (more so than my photo indicates). I also got the Mediterranean salad which was good.
On the downside, the vegan menu is small (3 pasta entries, 3 salads, black bean burger & 2 desserts, see picture that another reviewer posted). & it took them about 10 minutes to locate the vegan menus for us. But the waiter was knowledgeable & I would recommend.
Pros: Delicious vegan pasta, Vegan menu, Nice atmosphere

Came here & was thrilled to see a separate vegan menu. I wanted the black bean burger & chocolate brownie. They had neither. Had a rather unappetizing pasta dish instead. Mandatory 20% service charge added to your bill without warning too. Much better options at the Wynn next door.

Great atmosphere at the Palazzo on the strip. I highly recommend the vegan risotto and the avocado pasta. Both are very good and enjoyed with a great bottle of wine.
