Crispy & Jerk Chik’n Bowl - Edit

I felt like the other reviewer about feeling weird asking for a vegan place in a gas station, but THIS IS GOOOOOOD!!! They did say they are moving to their own place in Eatonville soon, and they’re expanding their menu. For lunch they have the choice of bowl or sandwich.

Pros: Very Nice People, Great Food

amazing!!!!!! - Edit

Such amazing food! And the dessert! I’m very picky with my ice cream and the ice cream milkshake that I chose was just perfect!!!! Peanut buttery soft tasty full flavour! For lunch boyfriend had a breakfast chick’n scone (their chick’n is ha-amazing!!! ) and I had the lunch which was rice and beans with broccoli rainbow salad which chick’n and grilled pineapple! So tasty!!!! Would definitely recommend.
Have to add for me it was ‘interesting’ that this restaurant is in the gas station but maybe it’s a common thing in America.
Also they have vegan and vegetarian magazines and books for exchange. So fantastic! Great experience. Thank you!!!

Pros: low price, amazing taste of food, vegan books for exchange

I would eat here every day if I could - Edit

I wish I could be like Homer in the Simpsons episode where he goes to hell and is force-fed donuts from a big machine, except it would be me in heaven with jerk chik’n sandwiches in a very similar situation

ONE OF THE BEST IN ORLANDO - Edit

Let me just say Jen is the sweetest women in the world. She makes you feel like family. Her food is seriously one of the best tasting food I've ever had. Even my meat eating friends are shocked. Every single one of them. She gets the flavor and textures just right. Her milkshakes are so tasty and creamy. Everything on the menu is good but my fav is the jerk chicken and breakfast biscuits. You have to stop by. There is a sit down area inside. She set up the kitchen very nice I eat there all the time.

There really aren’t words to describe the deliciousness that is cooked by a talented and friendly lady with a beautiful smile. I have been there way too many times and tried everything she’s served there so far. But she is always surprising everyone with new things.

I sat in the parking lot of the gas station not wanting to look dumb walking in looking for a vegan restaurant! Ha. Man, it is so good and the lovely woman I spoke with is such a sweetheart! I am so glad I took a chance on this place and I’ll be coming back every time I’m in Orlando.

Pros: tasty!

Cons: none.

definitely check this place out! - Edit

Really good and really kind staff. I came here when I was in the altamonte springs area, and when I put it in the GPS it took me to a gas station so I was confused but went in anyways. I'm glad I tried it because the food didn't disappoint. The bread on my sandwich was some of the best bread I've ever had. Definitely give this place a chance despite the odd location!

Pros: food is top notch, vegan ice cream, parking

Cons: limited seating , drinks need to be purchased at the gas station

'Onolicious Food at Dajen Eats - Edit

Located inside of Lee Citgo at 4845 North Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando, Dajen Eats is amazing. I love the unique venue of being in a gas service station setting. Offers a full menu: breakfast sammich, tasty meals for lunch, as well as deliciously dairy-free scoops, shakes and sundaes featuring their very own Irie Cream. Menu includes dishes such as: “Honey” Ginger Chipotle Cauliflower Bites, Jamaican Jerk Bbq Jackfruit Sliders with Pineapple Broccoli Slaw, and a Looney “Toona” Sammich.

We came in for breakfast and had the chick'n and biscuit sammich ($4.49) - it was so 'ono - crispy, full of flavor and the biscuit was on point! We also had some of the fresh churned Irie cream in a waffle cone. It was the perfect ending to a fabulous meal. I am stoked to know of Dajen Eats and am looking forward to visiting again with my family and trying every meal!! I was happy to present Chef Jenn with a "Happy Cow Excellent Reviews" sticker. :)

Dajen Eats is amazing! - Edit

This food is amazing. Point blank. Anything Jen touches is going to be nothing but deliciousness. After enjoying her great cooking at the District at Mills, it absolutely excited me to see that she has her own cafe now. She has ice cream available which is all delicious as well. She also sells prepared meals to go available for purchase in a mini fridge. Come out and support. Only issue is hours. Still not sure of her hours so maybe give her a call in case you're driving from far. If you're a local vegan please come out and support. I ordered the "chicken" and waffle AND the buffalo po boy sub. I could've ordered it a 2nd time because it was just so good!

Pros: Lots of flavor, Amazing friendly service, All around delicious

Cons: No set schedule for hours
