Good food and dry goods - Edit
This place is a welcome respite if you're at the SF Botanical gardens or somewhere nearby and just want a quick bite, something to drink, a sweet, or just need some vitamins. It's a little disorganized, so if you don't see the supplement or essential oil or product you're looking for, just ask. Portions are small on prepared foods, but always light and healthy, which leaves room for a sweet dessert.

great food, plenty of options - Edit
Lots of wraps and smoothies to choose from, plus fresh kombucha ave juices. The walls are lines with pseudoscience supplements, but the food is wholesome!

Nice Find Inner Sunset - Edit
This place suits the need for a grab and go meal for the Inner Sunset, but offers seating as well. Front of the store is well stocked grocery items. We got grilled wraps which were so good with what seemed to be a nice feature of homemade cheese -perhaps cashew- in lieu of expected Daiya. Wraps came with side of roasted veggies and fresh pea sprouts. Lots of drink selections in the store. Much more available for neighborhood folks needing grocery items.

Snacks, Veg Food, and Juices - Edit
I had read about this place on happycow and came by recently, October 2012. Here's my Daily Health review.
Read moreIt's a little, narrow storefront that's surprising deep with a cafe space in the very back. To one side of the shop are shelves stocked with nutritional supplements. The other side is a service counter and raw snacks displayed in a glass case. You can buy packaged snacks like raw kale chips to go. We got a couple fresh juices from the organic juice menu. There are also other light food stuff on the menu like raw food, salads, and veggie wraps. You can also get wheatgrass shots.
A nice little veg and raw-friendly resource for this Sunset District neighborhood.

Everything is great here.
Read moreDon't forget to go to the back to see the organic produce for sale or the vegan cookies offered.
My favorite item to buy is their veggie wrap. Of course fresh fruit juices and smoothies are always great.
By the way this is l/4 block from Golden Gate park and 3 blocks from De Young Museum.
Pros: healthy, raw, organic
