Vegan

Not vegan

I ordered the “very veggie” sandwich off the menu, but asked if I could have it vegan. She said that they could do that. I followed up with “that means no cheese, no pesto, no veggie spread,” and she nodded along. When I got back to my car and opened my sandwich, it was obviously oozing mayonnaise, which hadn’t been in the sandwich description and of course isn’t vegan. Sigh.

On a positive note, they were able to make a smoothie vegan using coconut milk instead of mother milk.

Pros: Nondairy milk for drinks

Cons: No vegan options listed on the menu, Don’t understand what “vegan” means
