Lovely Eco-Shop - Edit
I love this place for finding zero-waste solutions! I use their cotton bags, loofah, and soap bars. The refill station for coconut oil and detergent is rare to find in Phnom Penh. It's also great that they're trying to support Cambodian women in business. Some products are made with beeswax or honey, but the staff can easily help you avoid this.
