Awesome dumplings and more near the cathedral in Cologne. - Edit
Small chinese restaurant near Colognes cathedral. They serve vegan dumplings, a vegan soup and salads.
Read moreThe store itself is quite small but in the summer month you can also sit outside.
The staff is super nice and attentive. Service is also very fast.
I had the vegan Sheng Jian Bao and a salad with stripes of tofu. Delicious!

Delicious dumplings, salads & soup - Edit
Vegan options were one type of dumplings, several different salads and a rice noodle soup. Everything was delicious, very fresh and well priced. The condiments at the table were hoisin sauce, chili oil and ginger vinegar - all very flavorful. One light criticism could be that all the salads have the same lettuce base and just different toppings, for example tofu or mushrooms and the same (tasty) lavender dressing.

Loved this place and the super polite and sweet owner. They only had one vegan dumpling but the small plate of 4 was very filling, stuffing was really nice, and besides shiitake and bamboo sprouts there was beans inside. Next time I'll bring a friend along so I can try the salads, most of then sounded vegan.

Delicious hand-made dumplings and salads - Edit
Small place with one table outside, does mainly take-out. Delicious home-made sauces and chili crisp oil, lovely pan-fried vegan dumplings (Sheng Jian Bao) and salads with expertly marinated toppings. Super friendly staff and great service.

Pros: Great dumplings and marinated tofu toppings, fresh ingredients, very friendly service
Cons: Vegan dumplings more expensive than the meat ones, would be great if there was also a vegan soup
