Great vegan menu

Have a large vegan menu, food was excellent. Staff were all lovely, they all wishing us happy new year as we went New Year’s Eve and they had even decorated tables with balloons. Will definitely visit again.

Pros: Lots of choice, Very good price , Friendly staff

Cons: None

Super Friendly Staff, Great Food

We had a large party of 6 adults a toddler and two babies with prams. This wasn't a problem for the staff and they were very accommodating. There were complimentary poppadoms and dips (3/4 dips were vegan) when we sat down and the mains were delicious.

Pros: Friendly Staff, Great Food

Great Food, Friendly Staff

I can't say anything that hasn't already been mentioned in previous reviews, but I wanted to add my voice in the hopes that others in the area will give it a try.

We had the street food starters, a tangy lentil dish and a dish with potatoes and peas, as well as rice and Gurkha Bread. All were absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend you pop in some evening. It's especially good if you're thinking of going to the newly-refurbished Plaza Cinema with its £5 tickets!

Pros: Wonderful food, Staff

Cons: After Eights not vegan, but you won't be hungry.

Interesting, tasty & great service

Nice to see a family run restaurant offering a separate vegan menu.

Popadums are a generous extra at the start for everyone, so not part of the vegan menu. They came with 4 dips/chutneys, only one of which isn't vegan - chilli, pickled onion, beetroot & mint yoghurt.

Starters and mains were all delicious. And I'd never had Nepalese food before so it was nice to try something a bit different.

Recommend the street food starter and dhal on mains.

Extremely friendly manager (hugs all round!)

Pros: Vegan menu, Interesting options, Great value

Cons: Not all popadum dips are vegan

Great Meal

Really enjoyed our meal here, they have a separate vegan menu which was great. Parking right outside, and Waterloo train station less than 100m away so easy enough to get too! Definitely will go back! Would give 5 stars, but can’t since they serve meat options it only allows me to give 4 stars!

Pros: Has its own vegan menu

Beautiful, tasty food

Really enjoyed our meal here. The lentil Dahl is absolutely gorgeous. Also had a potato dish which was fabulous and garlic flavoured ‘Gurkha bread’. We cleaned our plates and every bite was delicious. Friendly staff too. A separate vegan menu with good selection of dishes. I would have given 4 stars except staff offered us a yoghurt dip with the papadums and after eight mints with the bill. I guess they just didn’t think and didn’t realise these ‘extras’ aren’t suitable for vegans. Lovely restaurant and we will return.

Pros: Separate vegan menu, Delicious well cooked food , Nice decor

Cons: Staff might need better vegan awareness
