Delicious torta di ceci, a traditional dish that is accidentally vegan. Even better with the eggplant. Really a must try. Super cheap as well.

The take away torta de ceci in a bread was soooo good. We had to queue for a while because lots of locals seem to love it too, but it was worth it.

Da Gagarin is a must for every vegan visiting Livorno. Cinque e cinque will probably become your new favorite snack if you go here! The food they serve is not made vegan, it just happens to be vegan.
