Vegan items include "the Cypress vegan," a chickpea & smoked mushroom turnover with curried coconut sauce; and mango-chile pepper chutney. The eggplant bruschetta is vegetarian but can be modified by request. Additional soup and salad offerings can be requested as vegan. Reservations suggested. Open Mon-Sat 5:00am-9:00pm.
