Great option in Belcoo - Edit
A surprising amount of nice vegan options for a restaurant in a small town! I got the beyond burger with tator tots, was very good! They also had a vegan chocolate cheesecake (which I was too full to try!), a falafel salad, and a starter plate that was vegan. A few other vegetarian items could easily be made vegan. 🌿 I did think they were pricy but expected it as they're in a hotel.
