Delicious curries! - Edit
Read many negative reviews here. I tried a lot of curries in Thailand. He does not use fish oil like someone said, I asked him many times. I've eaten here 10-15 times. The curry is really good, not artificial. Go for it!

Always closed - Edit
I found the place on HappyCow and tried to visit it for several times. I walked or drove by x times over 4 months and it was never open. Once there was a guy who said they will open the next day and guess what? They were still closed! If somebody manages to eat there, please update the opening times.

Good cheap food - Edit
Came here twice while in Pai. The khao soi was really good and spicier than other ones I've had. The second time we had red curry and masaman. The red curry was good but the masaman was much more sour and less sweet than others I've had. Staff knew Vegan

We had all da curries - Edit
The owner is a one man show in a shack making about 7 types of Thai curries. My wife and I tried them all and liked the Khao Soy, Masaman, and Panang the best.

Delicious vegan curry - Edit
This is literally just a guy in a shack making curry. I triple checked with him and he assured me that all his curry pastes are vegan. We ate there multiple times during our trip and tried all the curries except the Indian. My favorite was the Panang and my husband liked the Masaman best but they were all good. It’s about $2 USD for curry and rice so great value as well.

Revolting. - Edit
We tried several curries. We all left all of them. One of the very, very few times in my life I've left food. They tasted harshly artificial and unhealthy.

Massaman Curry are not Vegan/Vegatarian - Edit
We went there and asked for vegan Massaman Curry with rice. Unfortunately the Curry wasn’t vegan and also not vegetarian. It was made with fish. Also some prices in the menu were wrong and we had to pay more than expected.

Nice Curry - Edit
The curry here while on the small side, was fresh, hot and filling. It was also pretty reasonably priced for what you get.

nice service, good curry - Edit
We went there as a group of six people. It was still closed, but the owner saw us and opened just for us. So sweet. We all ordered different vegan curries, so she was a bit overwhelmed and it took probably about 45 minutes that we were served the food. The curries were quite nice, although pretty small portions. One of us got a coconut which was already moldy, probably laying around for too long, so I would recommend skipping the coconuts.

Pros: small portions, service a bit slow
Cons: vegan options

Yummy curry at The Curry Shack!! - Edit
We ate at the Curry Shack a couple times while we were in Pai. It was simply the best veggie curry we have had in Thailand. We tried a few other dishes on the menu but the curry is by far the thing to order.
Read morePros: Good value, Fresh ingredients
Cons: Open air so can get buggy.
