I've claimed this a year ago and they simply don't care and the menu is still the same.
The prices are a way to high for what they offer (but kinda normal for Berlin Mitte) and the taste is at max average.

We went there with my friend at 9pm. It said on Google that it is opened until midnight. When we arrived a woman told us we can only take away because it was closing in 5min. When I finally order the curry wurst the lady told us in a very rude way that they have cleaned the kitchen so they can’t cook anymore. Me and my friends were very upset. She could directly told us in a nice way that the restaurant were closing instead of being so rude. Don’t advise you this place go to Curry 61 instead.

Tried the seitan currywurst here with the deal with fries and a drink (beer included in the deal) was pretty tasty would be good for lunch or light dinner. Definitely worth a try.

Little fast food restaurant for cheap food as they do good meal deals if you are travelling on a cheap budget which we were. There aren’t many places to try a vegetarian curry wurst but I tried the tofu one and was very impressed as it tastes really like meat which others will either love or hate. Overall I enjoyed it a lot and would recommend to those wishing to try the veggie version of the Berlin classic.

For the vegan currywurst experience- either tofu or seitan based. The tofu is more delicious. (See update below!) Good place to try vegan version of classic Berlin street food./ update: while the written vegan menu suggested tofu or seitan sausage the server only at inquiry says only the seitan one is vegan as the tofu includes egg. This must be corrected in written menu!

The Seitan currrywurst was fun to try..since I never had non-vegan curry Wurst before.. it tasted like a tofurkey sausage with BBQ sauce actually... filled me up .. but the fries took over the plate and were too greasy for me .. vegan mayo was very good though ..

Great Currywurst - rubbish service - Edit
Heard great reviews about CurryOne so traveled out of my way to come visit , especially since they seem to be the only Currywurst shop that has two types of vegan sausage.
Read moreThe positives is that it’s right by a train station, easy to find. The Currywurst tasted so good, the sauce was spot on... the seitan is nice but firm and the tofu is softer (for once I prefer the tofu option)!
Now for the negatives which ruined my experience - firstly the woman serving us said there was no ketchup so asked if we wanted mayo - I asked if it was vegan and she said yes. Then once we got our meals, the chips were smothered in mayo, I tasted it and I could taste the egg, my boyfriend went up and asked if it was vegan and she said no!! I felt sick.
There was no offer to cook me fresh chips , nor an apology. My boyfriend is vegetarian so he ended up eating my chips. I didn’t bother further complaining due to language barrier. Then as we were eating I saw the lady handing out ketchup! (So she lied about there being no more) If she got it out in the first place I wouldn’t of had the mayo! I’m just confused because other reviews said they serve vegan mayo ? If it wasn’t for this incident I would’ve given more stars.
Overall the Currywurst is really good , cheap meal , I would recommend - just double or triple check they don’t cover your food in non-vegan mayo!

The restaurant is close to the train station and the train. Its easy to find and cheap. The store keeps it's door open (October) and a bit breezy. We ordered the seitan and the tofu currywurst and both are delicious. The tofu is juicier and softer to eat. We got the amazing fries and they really are amazing!!!! They love sauce and really are generous with it so if you aren't as big of a fan, ask for a side serving. It's a. Great fast food vibe, very laid back and delicious. I recommend you visit. If you have kids, it's an ideal cheap Lunch or dinner. Also you can also get beer here so there's. Something for everyone.

This was our first meal in Berlin and it didn’t disappoint. For about $11 Australian dollars you can get a sausage, chips, and all the toppings as well as a drink. Great value and very delicious food. Will definitely try to visit again before we leave.

Yes it is great to have vegan options but was expecting a bit more based on the reviews. The shops a few doors down offer much more for less money. €7.80 for small seitan sausage and fries with a drink which is a bit much for what you actually get.
