Tasty!

The curry kitchen is a cute and cozy little restaurant, and the service was excellent. I do not eat a vegan diet, so I got the palak paneer and an order of naan. It was hot, fresh, and tasty.

I actually did not eat much of the paneer (cheese) as it did not taste like what I’m used to, and I didn’t enjoy it all that much. The spinach portion of the dish was delicious though! I would definitely go back on a regular basis if I lived here.

Decent curry but expensive

There really aren't many Indian places in west Michigan unless you go to grand rapids. I wasn't blown away by their food, but it was good enough for the area. I also thought it was pricey for the amount you get.

Staff not knowledgeable

I got confusing answers from staff about which items were vegan. They seemed to have confused the meaning of gluten-free with vegan somehow. Walls and ceiling fan were extremely dusty. It looks like the place hasn't had a deep clean in far too long. Probably won't return unless management or menu changes

Pros: Well-seasoned

Cons: Staff not knowledgeable

Outstanding!!! I was traveling and this restaurant was recommended by a friend.

Some of the best Indian food I have had. There are also non-veg options for your friends. Service was excellent. Highly recommend! Low key so no need to dress up unless you feel like it.

Must go to the Buffet

If you have never had Indian food.....go at lunch time 7 days a week...try a little of everything....you will now have a great new local restaurant to love.

Tasty vegan options

Went on a Sunday for lunch. I had the vegetables, basmati rice with broccoli, and dal. All was very good! The place is pretty cute, too.

Pros: Multiple vegan options , Fast service , Vegan food on buffet is in the back

Cons: None

Great Little Place

Good selection and very transparent menu of meat, vegetarian, and vegan dishes, most of which are plainly labeled veggie or meat. My girlfriend and I just visited this place for the first time a few days back and I felt compelled to write my first review for it.

I got a vegetable curry that was outstanding. The server was an older gentleman and he was so excellent, I'm not sure if the service is always on point like this but he brought us free mango smoothies (which I didn't drink being vegan so my gf took mine she said it was delicious) and after dinner he brought us free ice cream (which I also didn't eat but it's the thought that counts).

The experience was very good and we'll be going back again soon. On a side note they have a spice meter on the back that you can choose from, they can go above the chart and make your food outrageously spicy if you're into that sort of thing. I went for a 6 above their highest five and it was pretty [censored] hot and really [censored] good. Highly recommended! I give it five stars though this app will only let me select up to 4.

Pros: so many options with clear labeling between meat a, great service, very nice on the inside

Cons: the vegan options aren't as clearly defined on the
