Nice little quick order restaurant. The currywurst is enough to satisfy a snack craving in between meals — the staff member hooked it up with the mayo & was very friendly 🙂↕️

Okay - Edit
Hatten Currywurst, Pommes und Trüffelmayo. Letztere beide okay. Wurst an sich okay, Sauce für unseren Geschmack zu süss und auch ansonsten geschmacklich nicht genügend tief. Preise okay bis gut, Bedienung war nett aber mussten etwas anstehen.

Vegan mayo only - Edit
Close to train stop 'Hackescher Markt'. Many tourists, sometimes long lines (queues). A few tables inside & outside. Staff is always funny & friendly. They have vegan mayo, also vegan truffle mayo. If you dislike "curry salt", tell them to use "natural salt", this will still cause curry powder to be applied but not extra curry mixed with salt.

What’s not to like - Edit
Fresh fast food, ideal for when you are on the go and want a quick something. That or when you are graving some junk food. I liked the vegan mayo option and that the vegan Currywurst was ready to be served, making it a quick stop.

Very good vegan currywurst - Edit
The vegan sausage was really good, and the currywurst dish with fries was amazing, just like the original. This is a must visit when in Berlin.

Good and Tasty currywurst - Edit
I was told that currywurst was one of the things I needed to try when I visited Berlin, and it didn't disappoint. It was a nice street food alternative to try compared to what I have been eating here while visiting for the week and it didn't disappoint. Something I would recommend trying at least once.

When in Berlin… - Edit
Curry 61 was an excellent quick lunch/snack. They have a vegan curry wurst, with two types of vegan mayo or just ketchup. They do also serve meat but have a separate pair of tongs and cooking spot for the vegan brats.

What you have to eat, when you're in berlin: currywurst.
Read moreThe vegan version was really really tasty, i loved it. The sauce was sooo good!!!
The fries with vegan mayo were also perfect.
We had to wait in the queue for a little while (15 min), but it's worth the wait!
Next time I'm in berlin, I'll definitely go back here.
Pros: price, vegan mayo, vegan currywurst
Cons: have to wait in the queue for a while

Vegan currywurst! - Edit
It was great to try a vegan version of this legendary German dish! As someone who hasn't eaten dead things in nearly 30 years, I can't compare what I had to the classic version - but I can say that it was pretty damn tasty! It's really good value too. What's not to like?

A good cheap alternative - Edit
I love that here in Berlin you can have basically everything in its vegan version, so we tried this street-food yesterday because it was a lil bit late to sit at some restaurant and our toddler was running out of patience..We took It and ate it sitting on some stairs..It was ok, a fast snack for a cheap price in a city in which most vegan alternatives are not cheap. I honestly was not full after eating that but I guess it depends on how much you usually eat (and I do eat a lot).
Read moreIt is okay, a lot of sauce, the sausage itself it's nothing special and so are the fries, I think you get what you pay for. I'm happy they offer a vegan version and a vegan mayo too, but it's not something I would eat again..
Pros: Cheap vegan alternative , Vegan mayo, Very fast service
Cons: Very average food

tastes alright, good for tourists i guess - Edit
The sauce is good and overall it comes pretty close to actual currywurst but the texture of the sausage is not exactly it, the outer part is too thick.

Not my cup to tea - Edit
not super good. I would not eat this regularly or at all. The sauce and spices make it okay. But the sausage is not tasty in my opinion. I do not like the texture, especially inside.
