I had a meeting yesterday with ten friends. Only another vegetarian and me (vegan). All of them accepted to it here and everybody was delighted with their meal. They have very different dishes, I think that most of them can be veganized, and all of them are very tasty.

My second time here and the food was once again good and service great.
Read moreMy highlights were the mushrooms croquetas, heura tacos and stuffed eggplant. We ate the pad thai and to be honest was not special at all. Definitely a place to go if youre in town.

It's easy to feel at home at Curcuma. The welcoming was very warm and instantly helpful concerning vegan options. Except for two dishes everything is vegan or easily adapted by exchanging plant based cheese for instance. Their menu offers diverse healthy and creative options. I started with their pumpkin soup of the day, which was creamy and tasteful. The moussaka was equally well prepared and a delectable composition of savoury layers that blended greatly together. Last, the coconut carrot cake was moist and dainty. Definitely a good choice when in Vigo.

So happy to have visited Curcuma. Every dish was perfect in taste, texture and presentation. The service was helpful too. Looks like I was lucky to get in though as telephone bookings are required…even for Monday lunch.

Muy rico, las croquetas ya están veganos y la moussaka también podían ser vegano. La Lasagna no podían cocinar vegano. Es una restaurante vegetariana y deberían tener más opciones veganos.

This is a wonderful meal with such great flavours. My favourite dish was the green crepe. Was such a wonderful dish. The carrot cake is not super sweet, but is very good! Good service and good ambiance. Arrive early because it's always full!

Despite being labelled „vegetarian“ around 80% of the dishes were already vegan. Furnishing felt a bit odd. Food was tasty and the prices alright.

We had the croquetas and dim sum. The latter was no way a dim sum. It was guacamole and yuca on top of a crispy base. Anyways, it was yummy. Croquetas were really good, esp. if you like mushrooms like me.
Read moreAs mains we had lasaña and mousaka. Honestly, I had big expectations after the starters (which were really good). Mousaka had a lot of (unnecessary, in my opinion) potato, and it was ok. Lasaña was not vegan (and we knew, no surprise), but was nothing extraordinary.
Overall, good starters, mains ok, but given the price I would not come back. People were nice though
By the way, 70% of the customers were old (60+) couples. Nothing against, but surprising given it's a veg place

I definitely recommend this place! We had fried mushrooms balls, an homemade pasta filled with pumpkin and cheese (menu of the day) and spinach lasagna. The homemade pasta was the star of the night, just beautifully cooked.
