There are nicer coffee shops with vegan options - Edit
Went here and while I heard they have vegan cookies, the day I went there, there were no vegan sweets.
Read moreThey do offer plant-based milk.
Order at the bar and pay in advance. Then you take a seat and they call when it is ready and you have to go and get it yourself at the bar.
Because of this they are always shouting the orders when ready.
Staff isn’t too friendly either.
Won’t go back as there are coffee bars in Antwerp with more vegan sweets and nicer staff.
