Best vegan pancakes in London

Went for my birthday and it was such a treat!

Pros: 100% vegan, Shipping containers are cool!, PANCAKES!!!

Cons: Not cheap, but still worth it, Not a fan of PB in a green smoothie!

Amazing breakfast!

The pancakes with ice-cream is one of those meals you keep thinking of for months afterwards.

The freakshake was a bit of a let down for the price, and was quite watery. Their peanut butter cupcake was average, however I've had other flavours which I loved.

Tasty 😋

Cute little cafe with varied menu. Had brekie bowl, breakfast on rye, 2 coffees and 2 cookie sandwiches for £36 so a bit expensive but very tasty

Pros: Cute decor , Coffee, Food well seasoned

Cons: Expensive , Small portions

So so cute but the cost shows it

The menu isnt very big but the food is delicious and you can tell the staff care about it. The location is cute, the place itself is cute, the food is cute to look at. Honestly I would eat here all the time if it wasnt as expensive as it is. Also not helped by the fact that there is £1 difference per item for eating in or taking away!!!

Pros: Handmade n fresh, Beautiful decoration, Delicious

Cons: Expensive, Cost varies if eating in/taking out, Kinda small

Good range of food

I’ve had quite a few food items from here and have never been disappointed. The pancakes and burgers are very tasty and they have a good range of sweet treats and coffees. Friendly staff too.

Vegan Croissants!

A broad range of vegan meals & treats inc. GF options. Generally great quality, although once or twice when I've had items delivered they've been a bit overcooked.

Pros: Vegan Croissants, Ice cream milkshakes

Cons: A little overpriced

Cute vegan place

Pros: Le menu, La décoration, Le personnel

Cons: Beaucoup trop cher

NOT SURE!

Well I have 2 experiences here both with cupcakes and one was amazing and the other one was awful
The first the peanut butter cupcake was absolutely amazing, fluffy, soft, the frosting was velvety and the flavors were what they promised and really truly a nice cupcake.... Came back.... Had a chocolate cupcake with vanilla frosting, the cake was... Hard and dry af, doughy and pasty, just horrible, and the frosting was so sweet and grainy it was like biting into table sugar! It was truly so awful I left half and left with stomach pain... So I really don't know if I want to come back :-/

Pros: I mean one cupcake was amazing

Cons: The other cupcake was worse than a frozen baguette

Awesome cheesecake

Cute shop in a skeevy neighborhood. Zucchini pesto pasta was good. Lemon cheesecake was incredible - perfect taste & texture. Strawberry cupcake was so-so. Tasted good, but texture was too dry & crumbly. Easy walk from Elephant & Castle underground stop.

Pros: Almost everything is gluten-free, Right by the Underground station

Cons: They close too early, Sketchy looking neighborhood

Freak shakes!!!

We had to get the freakshake - which was delicious. We also tried the sausage rolls which were super tasty. Can’t recommend this place enough, if only for the glitter on my milkshake!! But make sure you take the address that’s on HappyCow because if you just search the cafes name on Maps it shows the wrong address!!

Pros: Freakshakes , Cupcakes, Cute place

Cool hotspot, perfect for breakfast!

Just dropped by for breakfast. This spot is quite cool: a park full of streetfood-like businesses in shipping containers. The almond croissant was really nice: it is served warm and has a creamy filling. Also the raw vegan lemon cheesecake was great. Very dense, but creamy and tasty. It doesn't look that big, but it's really satisfying. You get plenty of different choice for plant-based milks with your coffee. Our favourite is always almond. Perfect hotspot for sweet breakfast & coffee, will return!

Don’t miss this sweet spot!

This place is truly a gem. We actually revisit this cozy space during our stay in London. The staff was really friendly and nice and the food was good. We ordered both the vegan croissants and the freakshakes as well as the smoothies and I would recommend both. The only reason my review does not give five stars is due to the small space and the staff was keep getting inside and out without closing the door so the whole café was very could for its guest. If you are visiting London as a vegan who loves sweets, you can’t miss this place! Lovely!

Pros: Delicious if you love sweets, Many opinions , Price

Cons: cold, small, would have wished for more salty options

Good drinks, OK food, long wait

We went here for brunch on a Sunday. It’s in a really cute artworks development in Elephant & Castle where all the shops are in converted shipping containers, so the space inside is very limited. There is seating outside, which seems like it’d be nice in warmer weather. The latte and hot chocolate were very good, but the pancakes were too sweet for my taste. I will say that the maple tempeh bacon was some of the best-flavored faux bacon I’ve had, and it was very thin and crispy (surprising for a tempeh bacon). Worth a trip but do be prepared to wait; it’s a small kitchen and a small staff.

Exceptional Service

We went to this place quite late in the day, not knowing that the place would shut soon. We were really hungry and wanted to try their burgers. The lady behind the counter saw the desperate look in our face and decided to make us burgers nonetheless as long as we would sit outside on their chairs so she could clean up. This was so nice of her, we didn't expect this at all! We also really enjoyed those yummy burgers! Thanks again :-)

Cute place but long wait

My partner and I planned a trip here for a late breakfast. I specifically went for the infamous freakshakes. Unfortunately we had to wait for 1.5 hours just for mushrooms on toast and a similar dish so I didn't end up not having one, we were late for our appointment but we didn't want to complain as the staff are lovely and were doing their best. It's not their fault but I'd recommend you don't go during peak times if you're in a hurry

Cons: A little costly for what you get

10/10

came here for coffees and breakfast and it was fantastic! i had a coffee milkshake and my boyfriend had a mocha with whipped soya cream (mmm), and then we had some toasts as well. i went for the italian (avo, pesto, mushrooms, tomatoes and rocket) and my boyfriend had just a mushroom toast. they were both really good, loaded with toppings, very filling. girls were lovely as well!

Pros: good choice of dairy free milk, plenty of different cakes (didn’t have a chance to, nice music, books, whole atmosphere is great

Cons: a bit cramped

low average

Burger too small and patty seemed to be from quorn or something. Fries were over fried and burnt. Taste just average. And expensive.

Pros: none

Cons: Not good quality, Expensive
