Delicious - Edit
This cupcakery had two vegan options when I went, and I got the chocolate one. It was fantastic. It seems they have multiple vegan options but rotate them. Highly recommend for a sweet treat at the Mall of America!

two vegan options - both amazing ! - Edit
I've been on a cross country road trip and finding eats as a new vegan has been an experience. Esp throughout the mid west. But I've found little gems everywhere (plus been living off product & cliff bars lol). There was only 2 options (I got both) and they tasted amazing. My boyfriend (meat eater) even liked them! And he's pretty critical of vegan food lol if I'm ever in MN at mall of America again.. I'll definitely be stopping at cupcake. Hope they add a couple more options but other than that no complaints. Service was great too!

There were 4 vegan cupcakes when I visited. Very sugary, but great if you're into that sorta thing.

Cupcake/Mason Jar - Edit
The Cupcake store in Eagan that is attached the The Mason Jar restaurant is in my opinion better than the Mall of America one. More options and an actual restaurant attached. The cupcakes are delicious, a little pricey though. Options are labeled clearly, overall a cute place.
