Cozy place in a side street of meihua road. They served natural peanuts and delicious tea before ordering.
Read moreAll dishes have a reasonable price, some simple ones are even very cheap for such a good restaurant (8-15RMB)

I don’t know why this place has two dollar signs. The food is very inexpensive. The noodles are some of the most delicious noodles I’ve ever eaten in my life.

Delicious and cheap - Edit
WARNING: this place is not located where the Happy Cow map shows. Make sure you are at the end of Meihua road and then just follow the house numbers until you reach 999. The restaurant is #14 in the alley, but only 13 and 15 have number signs. It’s the one in between those two!

Pros: Cheap, Huge menu
Cons: No one speaks English

awesome food near the convention center - Edit
This restaurant is fantastic! The service is splendid as is the food. Service does not speak English so be prepared to use Google translate or something the like. All that said, menus do have English and pictures. Everything I ate was excellent. No complaints at all about the food.
Read moreOnly thing to note; The location is someone hard to find. It is inside a collection of restaurants and down an alley. Best bet would be to use the address listed here and show it to some people who can point you in the right direction
I ordered three large dishes. Total came to ¥68. All in all hard to beat at all.
Pros: Great food, attentive & fast service, reasonable prices
Cons: it's a little difficult to find the restaurant.
