Very Good & Filling Wraps

It’s a small little space with limited outdoor seating. We ordered the Coconut Bacon and the Taste of Thai wraps. We took them down to Kamakana playground to eat and so our little one could play. The wraps were both very filling and delicious.

Pros: Made fresh, Big filling wraps

Best wraps in Kona

They make super stuffed wraps filled with crisp and fresh veggies. My favorite is the Thai wrap and the make your own with the curried chickpea salad.

Note that the feta on the menu is there only non vegan item.

Like any Island eatery, they often are out of certain items like avocados but they are kind and offer substitutions.

Tip: call ahead or text your order to save time. Also if you order a salad or wrap with sauce on the side, be sure to check that they give it to you. Sometimes they forget.

Pros: Huge wrap, easily 2 meals, Super fresh veg, Peanut Thai sauce

Cons: Often out of avo, Sometimes forget to give your sauce

wonderful mix of fresh vegetables!

The Coconut bacon salad, was fresh and crisp and delicious w/ rich dressing and I want one now just thinking of it! Greek wrap- delicious and well balanced.Thai salad, the flavors were not quite synchronized for our taste. Pineapple mint juice was invigorating. The food was so wonderful we had to go back for more. The folks that work here were all very friendly & helpful. The containers all compostable. We ordered ahead and food was ready fast. The portions were hearty and prices reasonable.

Got your huge wraps at the Wednesday market in Keauhou. Outstanding, 1 feeds 2.

Great vegan food, reasonable prices, friendly service. Wrap stuffed with goodness. Thai sand and curry sand both good. Would love to try your restaurant!

Pros: Vegan, good service, Reasonable, Lots of veggies

Awful Service and Incredibly Rude Staff

I was shocked at how rude the woman taking the orders was. The food was not good enough to handle that disrespect.

Cons: Customer Service

Hidden gem

We visited CGF as we left Kona and made our way to Volcano. It's a bit off the beaten path but still plenty close to visit for lunch. We were thrilled with the quick and friendly service, and the freshness of the ingredients. Definitely one of those places that leaves you feeling energized and fresh rather than full of a heavy, unhealthy meal. The juices were fab, too! It's a small spot and I hope that with increased tourism, they'll be able to survive. Give them a try!

Pros: Fresh and healthy, Quick, friendly service

So much food.

The misses and I stopped here to grab lunch. Got two wraps. A Taste of Thai and a Coconut BLT. They were amazing, but one could of easily fed us both. Definitely a must if you’re heading from Kona.

Huge wraps!

The two of us seriously struggled getting through a whole wrap. We are 2 over 2 meals. The Thai was my favourite. The BLT with coconut bacon was also delicious. We got a pineapple and mint juice that was sooo refreshing. Lovely little spot to sit and watch the world go by.

Great stop

Stopped here for a wrap on our way home from snorkeling Two Step. Got the curry chick pea wrap with avocado, tomato, lettuce, carrots, etc. many add ins available. It was huge, delicious and filling. Lots of wraps on the menu, which can also be made as a salad. A very patient kind woman made my wrap!
Parking on the street or in free public lot just north on right.

Pros: So fresh!, Many choices, inexpensive , Friendly service, and fast

I got "a taste of thia" wrap and it was delicious! They're mostly vegan but they do us dairy for a few items and I think some honey as well.

Vegan choices!!!!

My husband and I stopped here for a wrap and a juice last week...we were delightfully surprised to find lots of great vegan choices...I had the Thai wrap and he had the chickpea curry wrap. Both were very tasty with fresh ingredients and the wraps were huge!! The cold pressed juices were good too, we loved the best one! Definitely stop in if you're on your way to Captain Cook!
