Excellent food in a beautiful setting - Edit
Really excellent food on the separate vegan menu. Had a Thai curry which was great! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It might be best to let the restaurant know that you are vegan when booking so that they are able to fully prepare. It is an expensive place but it is good value for the entire experience.

Such a lovely restaurant with a superb view of Ashford Castle. It’s definitely a restaurant for a special occasion as it is quite pricey but so worth a visit if you can! Amazing service and amazing food! They have a vegan menu with 2 or 3 options for starters, mains and desserts.
