Exquisite vegan moqueca - Edit
Not cheap, but totally worth the price. Also, beautiful music and really nice location. Ate the vegan moqueca, coffe and mango juice.

Sweet little food. No much option for vegan but as least there were options! It’s a bit expensive and took a while to be serve but we were there late, which could be a reason. The staff was super nice and the food was so tasty!

Saboroso e fácil acesso (embora dos mais caros que vi em Salvador) - Edit
Apesar de ser em um local exatamente turístico é acessível em termos de localização embora o valor seja elevado em comparação a outros, entende-se por ser no Pelourinho , pedi a moqueca de banana com palmito e estava saborosa demais, bem temperada e porção ótima (duas pessoas sem fome a comem). Atendimento bom e lugar muito fofo.

Believe the Moqueca hype - Edit
The moqueca is as good as the reviews, the palm of hearts plus banana was delicious. We also had farofa and potato’s which were so so crispy. Both of which the staff said were vegan. Would definitely recommend. You perhaps pay the price for being on the square but it’s worth it. It’s a shame that a place that does a vegan dish so well doesn’t offer more on the menu.

O restaurante fica no meio da área turistica do Pelô. O cardápio tem só 2 opções vegetarianas/veganas de R$70 e R$85 reais, um pouco elevado o preço. A moqueca de banana é bem servida e gostosa. O ambiente do restaurante é bem aconchegante com decorações rústicas. O água é R$9 reais. Igual o refri. Valor muito abusivo para mim. Os garçons são até cordiais mais não são simpáticos.

Best Vegan Moqueca in Salvador - Edit
I came during Carnival so the service was quite stressful, despite that I ordered a vegan moqueca and it was incredible!
Read moreThis restaurant only has two vegan options one being the moqueca the other was a risotto. I would give the Moqueca a five star review but the restaurant is very limited on other Vegan options. If you are a coriander(cilantro) hater like me, remember to ask - “sem coentro”
The risotto is ok, it’s well cooked and presented but incredibly oily.
It’s definitely pricey so if you’re on a budget I would avoid.
