It’s fine!

Reservations are not required. Meat-heavy menu with some marked vegetarian options. Some are also vegan (but not marked). It’s just ok. But let’s be real: you probably weren’t drawn to Atlantic City for its great vegan food, and the paella isn’t bad.

Not For Vegans

My rice dish tasted like meat. Staff hygiene is a big problem here. Poorly managed. Expensive. Slow service.

Restart Vegan Timer

I was vegan until I ate here. Tried the "Vegan Paella": super oily and salty and served with long broccoli strips that were grilled, tasting just like steak.

Place wasn't even busy and chef couldn't designate a part of the grill to keep clean for just vegetables.

Very incompetent chefs, bartenders, servers when it comes to hygiene across the board and cross contamination of vegan menu items.

My carnivore brother and father wont even eat here because they almost never can figure out how to cook meat.

Atlantic City does not cater to vegans,. Is not a safe place to come, and restaurant managers are too incompetent to manage cross contamination. The area has a restricted consciousness and trips should be planned elsewhere.

Thumbs up for late night happy hour

A bit pricey but they have late night happy hour (plus regular happy hour) with a few discounted tasty 😋 veg options. Also free dancing on Friday and Saturday nights.

Great atmosphere and food

Great flavor and many vegetarian options and many that are vegan. Had the PAELLA VEGETARIANA and Tropical Chips. Service was excellent. I wish we had one closer to home. Will stop in again if I get the chance.

Pros: Atmosphere , Flavor, Choices

Delicious Vegan Paella

The server in this restaurant was great! She went back to the kitchen to make sure everything we ordered was vegan! We had the vegan paella, fried yuca, fried plantains(without the sauce) and black bean ( without sour cream).

Pros: A couple delicious vegan options

Cons: I wish there was more vegan options

Worth going just for the paella if you’re in town

There’s not too many vegan options/options that can be made vegan, but very happy that there is a vegan entree, which is the veggie paella. Very delicious and so much traditional paella flavor. Obsessed over the fact that there’s soyrizo in there. Will probably be back on my next AC trip!

Pros: A vegan entree at the least, Friendly staff, Cool ambiance

Cons: Not many vegan options, but few vegetarian ones

A few options

I was at the Trop for a conference and ate here one evening. Vegetarian items were marked on the menu (though most were not vegan). There was only one vegan entree....veggie paella which included a variety of veggies, soyrizo, and rice - that’s what I had and it was quite tasty. Drinks and service were good too. I’d give one more star if there were more vegan options. And, the paella itself is five stars!
