Vegan options inside the park!

We were pleasantly surprised to find so many nice veg options at this restaurant inside Mammoth Cave National Park! The staff was very helpful identifying ingredients for us. And the service was excellent (fast, accurate, timely refills, and friendly too!).

We got portobello mushroom sandwiches. Giant portobello cap with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle on a burger bun. Simple, but very filling and yummy! Great way to refresh after exploring the caves. And it was reasonably priced for "in park" food. About 7 bucks for the sandwich with a side.

They also had a black bean veggie burger (vegetarian, not vegan) and a vegetable wrap (zucchini and other grilled veggies plus hummus). Very happy with them for having so many veg choices!

Pros: inside the park! no driving!, great service, tasty food
